Meet Mufuran, a seven-month-old kitten 🥰

When I opened the door, I heard a baby-like cry 🙂❣️
It was his first time staying home alone, so I thought he must be feeling lonely〰️‼️
But the moment I stepped inside, his eyes told me he was ready to play 😆

Hurry, hurry〰️‼️

And every now and then, Mufuran would suddenly remember that he wanted some affection too.

Such a wonderfully innocent and playful Mufuran 🤩‼️

Meet Kurumi 🐱 and Monaka 🐱, the lovely mixed-breed cats I looked after on this visit! ❣️

When I entered the living room, Kurumi came over to greet me ✨

At our introductory meeting, I had only met Kurumi from under the bed, so I was thrilled when she came out 🥰
With that adorable face, she was asking for her food 😋

Kurumi enjoyed some Churu treats too 😊

Meanwhile, Monaka quietly watched my every move from a chair 👀

I gave Monaka plenty of space as I went about the care routine, making sure not to cause any alarm.

Monaka seemed hungry, but whenever our eyes met, she hurried back to the chair to wait 😅

With a little encouragement from some Churu, she finally ate some under the bed 😌

I could practically hear the thought behind that look: “I want to eat—are you going home soon?” 😂
A little feline security guard at the door‼️

These adorable cats did so well while their family was away 😊 Caring for them over those two days was such a comfort and a joy.
I look forward to seeing them again 🫶

Mugi, a Pomeranian–Dachshund mix, is a tiny puppy through and through—small enough to fit snugly in my cupped hands.

And no wonder—Mugi was born just three months ago!

Whenever I arrive for a visit and open the crate door, out bursts all that boundless puppy energy.

Mugi rushes toward everything in sight and within reach, exploring it all with gentle nibbles. It feels as though each new discovery is another little connection to the world.

That tiny body is clearly brimming with curiosity and the sparkling energy of a brand-new life. So dazzling and adorable was this little life, only just beginning, that for a moment I almost felt faint! 💦

Mugi was constantly on the move at first, but around day five of my seven days of visits, a calmer side began to emerge.

Mugi even began sitting sweetly in one spot, seeming to gaze thoughtfully into the air.

I was so moved. I wanted to say, “Thank you!” In just a few days, Mugi was already growing and changing before my eyes.

Keep growing up happy and healthy, little Mugi, surrounded by all your family’s love. 💕

Meet a beautiful family of Ragdolls: a devoted mum and dad, their son, and their daughter, all wonderfully close.
First up is their daughter, Pandane, who was always the very first to greet me! 💞

Oh dear, her eyes are closed in this one! 😹 From the moment I arrived and throughout my visits, she kept coming right up to me for a nuzzle.
She was so close that nearly all my photos were blurry close-ups! >_<

Next up is their son, Shiratama, the biggest of the family. Just as often happens with us humans, he has even outgrown his dad! 😽
He may be a big boy, but he is gentle and gorgeous.

And here is Shiratama and Pandane’s mum, Morpho. What a sweetheart! ✨

Last but not least, meet their dad, Gotobiki.

Gotobiki was very much present at our introductory meeting, but I never caught a glimpse of him during the sitting visits. 😰
Even when I called his name loudly while handing out Churu treats to everyone…

Thankfully, his family told me they had seen him doing well on their pet camera. 🆗
One look at Shiratama and Pandane, and you can easily imagine what a handsome boy their dad must be! 👍

Whenever I brought out the Churu treats, all these cuties gathered around me. When I had a free moment and went over to them, they would all roll over and show me their bellies, as if to say, “Finished your chores?!”
They were so adorable that I could hardly contain my happiness. 🥰

I heard that Shiratama and Pandane were born at home. Thinking of all the hard work that must have involved, and how impossibly precious they must have been, made my heart melt. 💘
It was only two days of pet sitting, but I had such a lovely time. Thank you, everyone!

Hello! 🧡 Let me introduce two very different little characters.
This is Gomugi, a ten-year-old Maltese–Poodle mix. 🐶

He loves playing with toys! 🧸 He dashes around the house, full of energy.

“Throw it for me! ❣️ Let’s play tug! ❣️” He keeps bringing me one toy after another, inviting me to play. ♪

Then there is his complete opposite: Oimo, a ten-year-old Chihuahua–Poodle mix and a real cuddlebug. 🐶

He claims my lap for himself, and whenever I stop stroking him, he gives me a little tap with his paw. 🐾 “More, please!” 💕

After a while, Gomugi, who had been running around playing, started to look interested…

“I’d like a turn on the sitter’s lap, too!”
“Shall we talk it over?”
“Let’s!”

Once their little discussion was over, they took turns sitting on my lap, just like flipping the black and white pieces in a game of Othello. ⚪️⚫️

What a blissful time! 🥰 They were so adorable, I could hardly bear to leave. 😭

My dear Gomugi and Oimo, I hope you both stay happy, healthy, and the best of friends! 😘
