How It Works
Here's a step-by-step look at how our sitting service works.
Inquiry & Booking
Start by giving us a call or filling out our contact form. We'll review your care needs and assign the perfect dedicated sitter for your pet. (Bookings open two months in advance.)
Meet & Greet
For first-time clients, we always start with a Meet & Greet to go over care details and any special notes. It's also a chance to see how your pet and sitter connect. Feel free to book a Meet & Greet on its own if you'd like.
Visit Day
We arrive at your scheduled time and care for your pet following the plan created during the Meet & Greet. From how we interact with your pet to the way we handle each task, we tailor every detail to fit your family.
Visit Report
After each visit, we prepare a report covering your pet's meals, potty habits, health, and the times we arrived and left. We also send updates by email or LINE with photos, so you can see exactly how your pet is doing while you're away.
Key Return * For One-Time Plan clients only
Once your booking is complete, we'll return your key using the method you chose during the Meet & Greet. If you're a regular client or may need last-minute bookings, we can also keep your key safely on file. Just let us know what works best for you.
