Rigorous Hiring & Ongoing Training

Only about 5% of applicants make it through our selection. Those who join receive ongoing guidance from their area manager. Skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely caring — our sitters are what we're most proud of.

Privacy Protection

We enter only the rooms you specify — no exceptions. For extra peace of mind, tamper-evident security seals are also available. Every sitter signs both a confidentiality agreement and a privacy protection agreement before joining our team.

Insurance Coverage

While we care for your pet with the utmost attention, we carry full liability insurance covering accidents and property damage during visits. We also guarantee lock replacement in the rare event we ever lose your key.
