A Cuddle Bug and a Shy One — Setagaya-ku, Tokyo

Even raised by the same mom and dad, their personalities often turn out so different, don't they?
The two I cared for this time are just like that — Mocchi-kun, an incredibly friendly flame-point Siamese, and Imo-chan, a calico who takes her time with new friends.
Let's start with Mocchi-kun.
With zero wariness in him, Mocchi-kun came nuzzling at my legs the moment I stepped in, then rolled right over.
He'd hop right up onto my shoulder, or climb up from below to perch there.😍
He loves my lap and being held, too.
And a few pats on his bottom had him thoroughly pleased — "You may continue."
He's full of energy with the cat teaser, too.
Even while completely smitten with Mocchi-kun's charm, I couldn't stop wondering about Imo-chan.👀
I'm told Imo-chan usually spends most of her time upstairs.
"Imo-chan~! I've got Churu for you~ come on down~"
But calls like that from me weren't enough to bring her down so easily.😂
Still, she seemed a little curious about who was here and what they were up to, and now and then she'd come down from upstairs.
"Ah, you're that sitter from the other day."
The moment she appeared, it was Churu time without delay!
Once she'd eaten her Churu, back upstairs she went.
And yet, whenever the mood struck, she'd come down again to sniff at my bag or settle by the window.
The cat teaser? Still a bit too soon.😂
Let's grow closer, little by little.😊
