Now, Where Could He Be? — Setagaya-ku, Tokyo
Categories: On the Job > Cats
This time's client is Kotaro-kun, an eleven-year-old chinchilla golden.🐱
A gorgeous-coated fellow, tsundere and very much his own cat.

I'd go to care for him morning and evening, and every time it meant a search — "Kotaro-kun~ where are you?"

Sometimes he'd be sitting alone in the living room, but other times he'd turned into an ornament, or was quietly lounging on the cat tower…
or blending right in with the scratching post…
or a little paw would poke out while I was cleaning.🤣

His voice, you see, is a rare thing to hear.
Over ten visits across these five days, it wasn't until the final day that I was granted a single "meow~."✌️
Even so, he'd let me pet him with a look of bliss, nuzzle up against me, come to my side from behind, and preferred to take his Churu right from my hand.

If I got carried away and petted him a touch too much, I'd be turned down with a "That's enough now."💦
As for the cat teaser, rather than big, dynamic play, he seemed to prefer keeping it within a paw's reach.😂

His beautiful eyes are lovely indeed, but for me, those fluffy little paws were the irresistible highlight.😍
