メールフォーム不具合に関するお詫びとご報告
Thank you, as always, for choosing Orange Petsitter.
このたび、弊社サーバーの障害により、
2025年9月25日（木）11時30分頃から、9月27日（土）19時頃までの間に、お問い合わせフォームからお送りいただいたメールが正常に受信できていない不具合が発生しておりました。
期間中にお問い合わせをいただいたお客様には、ご不便とご迷惑をおかけしましたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
現在は復旧しており、フォームからの送信は通常通りご利用いただけます。
大変お手数をおかけいたしますが、上記期間中にお問い合わせをされた方で、弊社からの返答が届いていない場合には、再度ご連絡いただけますと幸いです。
今後はこのような事態が再発しないよう、システムの監視体制を強化し、より安心してご利用いただける環境の維持に努めてまいります。
