新しい家族が

少し前に老犬のハナちゃんという子のお世話に通わせて頂いていたのですが、ハナちゃんの最後も飼い主さんが留守の間に私が看取るという事がありました。それはシッターを始めてから初めての経験で、留守の間に亡くなるワンちゃんのお世話にその場にいれて飼い主さんが来るまでそばに居てあげる事が出来た事はペットシッター冥利につきる出来事でした。
一回のお世話は確かに短い時間ですが命をお預かりするという責任は1番大切な事だと再認識しました。
そして昨日ハナちゃんの飼い主様から嬉しいお知らせ頂いて、新しいワンちゃんを家族に迎えたとの連絡でまたお願いしたいと。とても嬉しく、ハナちゃんも喜んでいるのではないでしようか。
新しい子と会うのを楽しみに、今日も頑張ります！
