Who will be caring for my pet?

All of our sitters chose this work because they genuinely love animals. 
Every sitter passes our rigorous selection, receives ongoing training, and is fully dedicated to your pet's care. 
We also require each sitter to provide a personal reference and a copy of their ID before joining our team.

What kind of care do you provide? 

If it's about your pet's care, please feel free to ask us anything. 
We create a tailored care plan for each family, so your pet receives the kind of care that feels just right for them.

How is pet sitting different from a pet hotel?

The biggest difference is that your pet stays in their own familiar home. 
This is especially helpful for pets who feel stressed or unwell at a pet hotel. 
If your pet prefers being home, pet sitting might be the perfect choice.

Can you walk multiple dogs at once?

Yes, as long as it's safe and manageable for all of them. 
Depending on the situation, we may split the walks into smaller groups to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

When should I make a booking?

Bookings open two months in advance and are accepted up to your visit day. 
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. 
For first-time clients, please allow extra time for a Meet & Greet beforehand.

When will I receive my invoice?

Invoice timing may vary slightly depending on your booking schedule. 
As a general rule, we issue invoices or statements at the end of each month. 
Pay by Konbini (convenience store) or direct bank transfer. 
For direct bank transfer, please let us know and we'll send the form.
