At Orange, all pricing is based on time spent caring for your pet. 
No matter how many pets you have, their size, or species, 
one flat rate covers all the care you'd like.

Pricing Plans

Choose the plan that fits your pet's care needs and how often you book.

One-Time Plan

For occasional needs like travel or business trips, our One-Time Plan has you covered.

  • Meet & Greet: ¥3,000 (one-time, before first visit)
  • A seasonal surcharge applies during peak periods. See details here.
  • If keys are returned by mail, shipping is paid by the client on delivery.
  • All prices exclude the 10% consumption tax.
  • The Regular Plan requires a 3-month minimum contract on set weekdays.
  • An additional travel fee may apply depending on your area.

For Walks

If you'd like both in-home care and a dog walk, the 60-Minute Plan is ideal.

For in-home care only, no walks needed, the 30-Minute Plan is ideal.

Beyond pet sitting, we also handle light household tasks related to pet care.
You can also extend your session as needed.

Payment Methods

At the end of each month, we'll send you an invoice for your visits.
You can pay by invoice (post-pay) or direct bank transfer.

Pay by Invoice

Simply scan a barcode at any convenience store or use select mobile payment apps. A processing fee of ¥110 (tax included) applies per invoice.

Direct Bank Transfer

Sign up once, and your monthly total is automatically withdrawn each month. This option is also available for One-Time Plan clients, even if you only book occasionally. Best of all, direct bank transfer is completely free. No processing fees.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply from 9:00 PM, two days before your scheduled visit. 
Fees are calculated on the total amount, including travel fees and any other charges.
