One-Time Plan

For occasional needs like travel or business trips, our One-Time Plan has you covered.

  • If keys are returned by mail, shipping is paid on delivery.
  • All prices exclude tax. A 10% consumption tax will be added.
  • The Regular Plan is for clients with a 3-month minimum contract on fixed weekdays.
  • An additional travel fee may apply depending on your area.

Beyond pet sitting, we also handle light household tasks related to pet care.
You can also extend your session as needed.

Payment Methods

After your visits, we'll issue an invoice or statement at the end of each month.
You can pay by invoice (post-pay) or by direct bank transfer.

Pay by Invoice

Invoice payments are made by scanning a barcode at convenience store registers or with select mobile payment apps. A processing fee of ¥110 (tax included) applies to each invoice payment.

Direct Bank Transfer

With advance registration, you can use our convenient direct bank transfer — your monthly usage is automatically debited each month. This option is also available for One-Time Plan clients, even if you only book occasionally. Best of all, direct bank transfer is free — no processing fees.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply from 9:00 PM, two days before your scheduled visit.
Cancellation fees apply to the total amount, including travel fees and any other charges.

We offer a corporate benefits plan designed for pet-owning employees.
Employees can enjoy special rates during busy work periods, business trips, or any time away from home.
